Solar Cell Characteristics
Solar Cell Characteristics This experiment is used To Measure the characteristic curve of solar cell at different light intensity.
The response curve of the cell also obtained with different light filters.
Equipment:
- Metallic Optical bench 60 cm with 5 mounted.
- Solar cell with holder.
- Optical filter with holder (blue, green, yellow, orange and red).
- Halogen lamp with holder.
- Power supply, 12V/3A.
- Rheostat (25Ω/3A).
- (2)Digital multi meter.
- Connecting cable.
